My name is Lynne Evans and I am a Notary Public commissioned in the state of California and a National Notary Association certified loan signing agent. I live in the Napa Valley. I provide convenient, mobile services to your home or place of business for all types of notary and loan signings. I am available at all hours of the day or night to provide emergency notary public services.

My service areas include Napa, American Canyon, Vallejo, Yountville, St. Helena, Calistoga, Fairfield and Sonoma.

What I do

A notary public is a state appointed public official who administers oaths and serves as an impartial witness when important legal documents are signed. A notary also verifies the signer's identity and keeps a record of all signings in a reference journal.

As a notary public, I provide all notarial services allowed within the state of California:  administer acknowledgements, sworn statements by oaths or affirmations &  jurats. I am also a loan signing agent; available for hire by banks, title companies and lenders.

What I cannot do

Vital Records cannot be notarized (birth, death and marriage certificates) 

Immigration papers cannot be notarized.

Unauthorized practice of law is strictly prohibited.

I cannot notarize anything that does not have the notarial wording on the document. (Client must know what is needed; i.e., a jurat or an acknowledgement).

I cannot notarize a document that is not completed at the time of signing.
