Napa Notary Public & Loan Signing Agent

My name is Lynne Evans and I first became commissioned as a notary public for the state of California in 1992 and a recently became certified as a loan signing agent with Notary Public Seminars and the National Notary Association. In addition to the certification training, I worked as a loan consultant for Continental Savings of America in San Rafael in 1991. I have taken 21 units in Real Estate and have had over eight years of experience working at the County Recorder/Clerk's office in Napa, California. I have an Associate's Degree from Santa Rosa Junior College, in Santa Rosa, California.

My home office is equipped with a laser printer, cell phone and fax machine.
